Frequently Asked Questions

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 4pm ET will ship same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Depends on your location (see map). Allow an extra day as UPS transit time is not guaranteed.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

If you are close enough to our warehouse location, you can pickup your order in-store.

Tax Exemption

Eligible businesses may purchase products tax free by applying on our website. Create an account, go to the Tax Exempt tab on your account page, and fill out the application. Allow 24-48 hours to review your application. All applications are subject to review and approval based on state and local laws.

Tax Exemption Certificate

You must upload a valid sales tax exemption certificate for tax exemption. Expired certificates will not be approved. Please note, copies of registrations, licenses, permits, W-9’s, EIN and IRS letters are not considered exemption certificates and will not be approved.

Maryland businesses can verify exemption status online.

Artwork

  1. You understand that the colors of the printed image may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.
  2. You understand that the image you upload will be printed as it appears in the uploaded file, and you assume full responsibility for any issues that may arise from poor quality or low resolution of the image unless you pay an Art Service Fee.
  3. You agree to pay the full price of the print job, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, before the printing process begins.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations are not possible once orders are submitted. Your order should be checked for accuracy before submitting.

RETURNS

Because your design is made especially for you, Custom designs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
